تعد المشايات المعدنية هى الإختيار الأمثل للإرضيات الصناعية حيث تتمتع بالمتانة والأمان والعمر الإفتراضى الأطول ونحن نقوم بتصنيع المشايات المعدنية المجلفنة بكافة المقاسات والمواصفات المتعارف عليها لتخدم كافة التطبيقات فى المجالات الصناعية المختلفة.

How we make it

  • All grating panels can be provided either in standard sizes or manufactured to custom sizes

  • From steel 37-2 or 44 grades, flat bearing bars cut to the required width and be serrated or not according to customer requirement and then welded to the cross bars perpendicularly using CO2 welding

  • The deep penetration caused by CO2 welding provide a very strong welding joint which enhance the static and dynamic load capacity of grating

  • After fabricating the panel is submerged in the hot zinc basin to be galvanized according to ASTM A123 & ISO 1461 Standards

  • Finishing processes are applied to give the grating its shine and smooth appearance

كيف تتم عملية التصنيع

  • يتم تحديد المواصفات المطلوبة والمقاسات بناءاً على جداول الأحمال او ظروف العمل المطلوبة وذلك طبقاً للمعايير العالمية المتعارف عليها

  • يتم اختيار نوع الصلب المستخدم (صلب 2-37 او صلب 44) ويتم تقطيع أجزاء المشاية وتجميعها بلحام CO2 والذى يتميز بالمتانة ضد الأحمال نظراً لعمق اللحام وخلوه من التشققات  بعد التجميع يتم تنظيف وتهيئة المشاية لعملية الجلفنة والتى تتم بالغمر على الساخن فى حوض الزنك وتتم عمليه الجلفنة طبقا للمعايير العالمية ASTM A123 & ISO 1461

  • تأتى فى النهاية عملية التلميع لتعطى للمشاية المظهر الامع المميز

Important terminologies

 

Bearing Bar:

  • Flat bars give the load bearing capacity

  • Defined by (High Thickness)

  • In width direction

 

 

 

Cross Bar:

  • Bars that connect bearing bars by CO2 welding, it can be:

  • Twisted square bar

  • Full flat bar

  • In length direction

 

 

 

Mesh Opening:

  • Distances between bearing bars and cross bars (center to center)

(مصطلحات هامة)

  • الخوصة الحاملة والتى ترتكز على كمر التحميل وترتكز فوقها الأحمال وتعرف بالإرتفاع × السمك وتكون فى اتجاه العرض

  • بار مجدول او خوصة متعامدين على الخوص الحاملة عن طريق اللحام وتكون فى اتجاه الطول

مشايات  (Type A) للأحمال الخفيفة والمتوسطة:

  • يناسب هذا النوع مناطق مرور الأفراد او السيارات الخفيفة

  • يتراوح سمك الخوصة الحاملة من 3:5مم

  • نوع الرباط بار مجدول 6مم

(Type B) Heavy duty grating:

  • Used for trucks and trailer way

  • Bearing bar starts from 5mm

  • Perpendicular full flat cross bar

مشايات  (Type B) للأحمال الثقيلة:

  • يناسب هذا النوع مناطق مرور المعدات والسيارات الثقيلة

  • يبدأ سمك الخوصة الحاملة من 5مم فأكثر

  • نوع الرباط خوصة بنفس سمك الخوصة الحاملة

يمكن تنفيذ كافة اشكال الخلوعات والفتحات بالمشايات حسب الرسم والمواصفات المطلوبة
